A CPA and founding partner of WeberMessick with more than 30 years of accounting and investment experience, Mr. Weber holds a BA in accounting from Loyola University (formerly Loyola College) and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Weber is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services LLC and Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC. In 1982, he became a Certified Public Accountant and since then has advised individual and business clients on investments as well as on sophisticated tax and estate planning issues. An active member of the community, Mr. Weber is a frequent speaker on topics including best accounting practices for not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Weber has served on various not-for-profit boards as well as treasurer for local political campaigns. He is currently serving on the board of NeighborSpace of Baltimore County and previously held the title of Chairman of the Board of Baltimore County Recreation and Parks.
WeberMessick partner Brian Messick is a CPA and Financial Advisor with more than 20 years experience working with business owners, non-profits, professionals and other individuals to assess their current financial situation and plot a course designed to achieve their financial goals by maximizing investments while helping reduce taxes. Mr. Messick holds a BS in accounting from Salisbury University. Mr. Messick is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC and Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC.
Certified public accountant Ryan Letke joined WeberMessick’s accounting and tax department in 2010 to assist individual and corporate clients with income tax return preparation as well as with general accounting and business consulting. Prior to joining WeberMessick, Mr. Letke spent five years with Christopher J. Seling & Associates, Inc., where he provided tax return preparation services as well as tax planning, QuickBooks support, payroll processing, budgeting and cash flow analysis. Mr. Letke holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University.
Certified public accountant and Personal Financial Specialist Robert Kollra joined WeberMessick’s accounting and tax department in June of 2015 to assist with tax planning and preparation for individual and business clients as well as with general accounting and business consulting. Mr. Kollra has been in public accounting since 1996. He has spent the last 7 and half years at KatzAbosch working in their tax department, small business department, estates and trust department and was a member of the PFP group. Mr. Kollra holds a bachelors degree from Indiana University of PA.
